Abstract
This paper explores management concepts in Islamic education grounded in Islamic legal sources, modern theories, operational models, and systems thinking paradigms. It emphasizes the need for a holistic approach to Islamic educational management, from elementary to higher education levels. The study adopts a qualitative method through literature review, referencing the Qur'an, hadiths, and contemporary management theories such as systems theory, transformational leadership, and results-based management. The findings indicate that Islamic educational institutions require an integrative management framework rooted in Islamic values and responsive to global challenges to produce holistic individuals (insan kamil) and competitive institutions.
